Entry is free for all visitors. This is made possible by the generous support of the Banque Cantonale de Fribourg.
To reach us by using public transport, we recommend visitors to take the direct bus line no. 4 from Fribourg railway station (in the direction “Auge”) to “Fribourg, Neuveville/Motta”, or to take the bus lines no. 1, no. 2, no. 3, or no. 6 to “Fribourg St-Pierre,” and then change there to the funicular railway to “Fribourg, Neuveville/Motta.”
The Kunsthalle Friart Fribourg does not have dedicated parking spaces. We recommend visitors travelling by car to use the paid parking spaces in the surrounding area.
Note on accessibility:
Due to its historical architectural configuration, the Kunsthalle is currently unable to offer barrier-free access. Existing barriers within the building will be addressed and removed during the renovation of the building, in order to enable inclusive, equal, and independent participation for all.
The Kunsthalle Friart Fribourg is a signatory of the Charte Aretha, created by Fribourg’s Mille Sept Sans association with the aim of preventing discrimination of all kinds.
