Nine Types of Industrial Pollution

Brad Kronz

Brad Kronz (*1986, San Diego) lebt und arbeitet in New York. Für seine Ausstellung in der Kunsthalle Friart präsentiert der Künstler eine Zusammenstellung von Skulpturen, Collage-Objekten, Zeichnungen und Fotos.

In Nine Types of Industrial Pollution setzt Kronz Imitationsspiele ein, um die Idee der Kunst als Übergang und (Wieder-)Kreation. In der Übung der Aufmerksamkeit emanzipiert sich die Form vom Inhalt, und die Besessenheit wird in einem geistigen Rausch (Euphorie) gestillt.
